Delete expired data APIedit
Deletes expired and unused machine learning data.

DELETE _ml/_delete_expired_data

If the Elasticsearch security features are enabled, you must have
manage_mlormanagecluster privileges to use this API. See Security privileges.
Descriptionedit
Deletes all job results, model snapshots and forecast data that have exceeded
their retention days period. Machine learning state documents that are not
associated with any job are also deleted.
Examplesedit
The endpoint takes no arguments:

When the expired data is deleted, you receive the following response:
